I went to this shop as a first time customer for my vehicles Wheel Allignement. But driving home, i noticed that my steering wheel is OFF ( when I try to center it, I am going to the right side of the road). So, for the SECOND time I have to call for them to address the issue. But driving home it is still the same, like nothing's happened. So, for the THIRD time i have to call them and rescheduled for the next appointment. The manager reassured me and i was told that "sometimes it takes few tries to correct it). But hold and behold, until now my steering wheel is still off and driving my car DOES'NT feel right and always with caution specially on highway driving. Right now, The amount of frustration and dissapointment is serious. Not to mentioned the time and money that I spent due to rescheduled appointments and I even used my personal Vacation hours in my work. Now I'm stuck of saving money again to send my vehicle to rightful shop WHO can fix my car. What a Terrible experience!

To whoever may be reading this, I hit a pothole this morning and came in looking for help at Allan's Alignment & Frame service. Despite their full schedule they managed to fit me in. They were kind, helpful and patient with me. They provided great service and I highly recommend their business.
