If I could give 10 Stars to these guys I would. I was driving around with something hanging off the front end of my car and dragging on the road so I could not drive it around anymore like that. I was pretty desperate, and they were the closest place to me. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly guy asking what the problem was. I told him about the dragging piece, and he did not try to tell me I needed a whole diagnostic run down like other places have when I've gone in for minor repairs...In 5-7 minutes he drove my car out of the bay and returned my keys with a smile. When I asked how much I owed him, he said...no charge. I'm not sure if he was the manager or owner but they have a new customer for life.

I was in the unfortunate circumstance of travelling a distance to Winnipeg and by the time I had arrived my rim seemed to be coming loose. I called around and after a couple shops didnt pick up I was able to get Matt at Midas on the phone and he told me to come right over for a re torque. Very happy with the help he provided me and the kind gesture to get me in so quickly. Very much recommend this location for service. Service: Tires
