3rd time I visited this location. The last time was 2 years ago and I said I wouldn't come back. I came back this time because of a severe time crunch and needed my car ready for today. Left instructions to call me when looking at my front wheel well and was only called after they finished changing the tires and oil and had put the car back into the lot. When I expressed that it would have been better to call me during the repair as I had been promised I was told "What do you mean, I am calling you.". Hailey was rude on the phone and did not seem in any way interested in trying to assist or address my concerns. After asking about the wheel well I was told that it would take weeks to get the parts and there was nothing they could do in the meantime. 3 times I've been here and each time has been a profound disappointment. Rude customer service, poor adherence to commitments, and little evidence to suggest that they are interested in good collaborative service. I will tell anyone that I do not trust them with safe service and I would discourage anyone from going here. Services: Tires, Oil change, General repairs & maintenance

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service that exceeded my expectations. In a world where customer service can often be lacking, this company has set a new standard for excellence. I cannot rave enough of the exceptional service I received here! They were quick and did a fantastic job on my oil change, as well they noticed that my front end brakes were going, Hayley B the manager spoke with me before they made any repairs and she was wonderful and informative! I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of maintenance! Services: Oil change, General repairs & maintenance
