        They kept to time, where straight forward and responsive and vehicle was properly fixed

        I went to get an alignment for my 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I asked if they torque the jam nuts for tie rod and drag link, they said no. Apparently they dont have a crow foot for it , so he said he just tightened it . I asked for a marker to mark them before going home, he gave me a blue marker and i marked them jam nuts and rods. 20min drive to my garage and i checked if it came loose, and it did. Not surprised, it wasnt torqued to spec! I wish they knew more about this kind of stuff . Please be aware for getting an alignment from them. Luckily i didnt go straight offroading. Service: Steering & suspension repair
