I normally never leave reviews but I had such a horrible experience that I felt I had to. I was Sent here a few days ago by my mechanic since he himself was not able to get there in time before they closed. He gave me a small drawing of the pipe piece he needed and he told me to just give it to them and they will know the piece he needed. I gave it to the person at front desk the drawing and I told him my mechanic needed two pieces. He took drawing to the back and about 20 minutes later he came back with two pieces that I thought were too long for what was needed but I had to message my mechanic just to confirm. I paid $170 for the service and pipes as they were closing but got a text from my mechanic that the dimensions was 2 1/2 by 3 1/2 inches but what they gave me was 2 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 feet so I came back within 10 min of leaving and let the person know the mistake but to my shock he was very rude and arrogant and told me "those are my pipes now!" and he won't give me any discount or refund since I think it was partly their fault. I ask for the drawing back again to see and because my mechanic did not put any units to measurement I can see why the mistake happened. However in the drawing my mechanic told me he didn't put unit because there is no pipe used for exhaust that is 2/12 feet in diameter so he assumed they would know it. I understand why the mistake happened but what's more troubling is the lack of remorse or sympathy from the worker who claimed was the manager. He said it was all my fault since it was "not a blue print" I gave him. however just me an average person looking at the drawing would assume it was in inches and would not come to a conclusion one is inches and other is in feet, if they were not sure they could have at least double checked with me. I understand mistakes can happen from both parties but the way this was handled I feel was poor especially from a "manager whose job is to come to a fair resolution when an issue arises with a customer. So now Im stuck with two pipes that I will not have any used for that cost me $170. I personally would never return here and recommend to my families and friends to avoid this branch since the way they handled this situation was very rude, unprofessional and lack any decency and respect to a customer.
