Last year, I brought my Acura RDX 2021 to this auto body shop for repairs. The staff instructed me to remove all important items from my car, but I couldn't remove my dash camera since it was wired to the vehicle. I informed the owner about this and was assured that they would take care of it. However, when I received my car back after a few months, the dash camera was missing. I asked the owner about it, but he said he had no idea where it was. He suggested that his workers might know something, but they too claimed to have no knowledge of the missing camera. I was confused as to how it could have been lost without any signs of vandalism or forced entry. When I raised this concern, the owner simply stated that they were not responsible for any lost items. As a customer, I expected the shop to be responsible for any damage or loss that occurred while my car was in their possession. I feel that the owner may have taken advantage of me. Moreover, there were other issues with the repair work as well. After test driving my car, I noticed several noises coming from the area where they had "repaired" the damage. When I brought this to the owner's attention, he asked me to bring it back for further repair. I complied, but unfortunately, the same issue persisted even after the second repair. Due to these trust issues, I eventually took my car to an Acura dealership for repairs. I sincerely hope that the shop owner takes better care of his clients in the future, especially since most of the cars are parked outside the shop.

Tony and his staff are super friendly and their work is top notch. Unfortunately for this period I was unable to give him my business as MPI wrote off my vehicle.

Needed to get a new mirror replaced plus some body work on the passenger side of the car. The shop is close to home, plus they gave me a loaner car. I realized that waiting for parts might take longer than usual but I was willing to wait. The work that was done to the door area and my mirror was impeccable and outstanding. Not only was the work great, but they cleaned the interior and exterior like it was done at professional car detailer, nothing was left out. I highly recommend Tony and his crew, they are friendly and definitely know what they are doing. Service: Painting

Took my car in for inspection (scheduled appt. 11 a.m.) Was told couple of hours. Had to call them at 4:45 and still not complete due to frozen ice and snow. Took it to Focus autobody for appt. @ 11:30 a.m. Was told about an hour. Done by 12 noon. They washed the undercarriage to do inspection and washed the rest of the car too. Guess where I am going from now on? NOT RAM!!
