I wont ever return to Bridge Motors. I tried them a year ago and the owner is hit and miss as to if hes going to be friendly or not. I could handle that but what I cant handle is the inconsistency in his pricing and the lack of customer service where theres an issue. Today was that day. Ive owned winter tires as long as Ive owned a car. Every year I get them put on they cost about $35 (Midas) $65 (Kal Tire). He quoted me $53. Close enough. Both Kal and Midas reset my Tire Pressure Management System with a small hand held computer when they install and my car also needs it again which is done when the tires are retourqued. Theres never been an additional charge. Ray didnt reset the TPMS to begin with. I never thought to check. Driving away I noticed he hadnt done it. Called him right away and he said Id have to come back and there was a $45 charge! Its literally taken a guy two minutes at both Kal and Midas every time. When I told him that, he didnt care. Didnt even acknowledge what I said. I told him that hed just lost a customer and his response was Ok then! in a cheerful voice. Thats not even close to an attitude Im prepared to support again. Services: Auto tire replacement, Air & cabin filter replacement
