        Very well made bread and calm atmosphere. Breads have a firm crust and are very soft on the inside. Great bakery.

        The bread is delicious. However you have to use it within a day or two before it dries out. Heaven forbid you should freeze it and thaw it for use later. The culprit is the bags they use which are permeable to air. They used to sell half loaves which were able to be used while the bread was still soft and fresh.
