Service was fine, the decor is nice but the quality of the food was really not up to par. There are plenty of better "pub food" options available in the city.

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at the restaurant. They didn't have the advertised drinks on tap, and it took over 20 minutes to place our order. When we asked for the bill instead, it took an additional 10 minutes to receive it. The manager's response was disinterested and unsatisfactory. In contrast, Nuburger provided excellent service, and I highly recommend choosing them instead. If you're looking for a beer, there's a liquor store nearby. Save your time and avoid that restaurant.

The service by our server was good to very good... she was attentive and knowledgeable... but my pet peeve as in any full service restaurant that the server should always be on top of refills without exception... the paying customer shouldn't have to ask... anyways, as for the food... it was substandard at best... onion rings were lukewarm and tasteless with more batter than onion. The Philly Steak sandwich was ok, but the horse radish sauce that came with it was very liquidy. The tri stack nachos with beef left a bad after taste in my mouth for a few hours afterward. The diet Pepsi was not calibrated and therefore very watery... but my biggest peeve, where Canadian Brewhouse is concerned, is that the music is very loud and one can not carry on with a conversation with the person/people in that group. Other than that, the promotions or specials make the price for the final bill more reasonable....

Probably one of the worst restaurant experiences. Manager with glasses sat us and had to walk us around the entire restaurant because all of the tables were dirty. The first 3 beers I asked for from the menu were unavailable and had to settle for some garbage. Ended up going elsewhere for food. Unbelievably slow, waitress had no idea what she was doing and took 15 minutes to bring the bill. Pretty embarrassing, manager should really be ashamed of how bad this restaurant is ran.

The chicken fingers were good. But my husband and a friend had the steak special. It was chewy and full of fat. Definitely won't order this again.
