Our project involved the renovation of three bathrooms. The renovation proceeded smoothly and was completed within the projected timeframe and within budget. Throughout the renovation, Dale was regularly on site at key junctures in the project and as a result was able to provide direction or resolve any issues identified by the the on-site staff and trades. He was always available to respond to any questions we had on a timely basis. We appreciate the high quality of the work performed on our renovation and are very happy with the completed product. Special mention goes to Gord who takes special pride in his work and was meticulous in the details to ensure the highest quality of the finished product. We would highly recommend Creative Design. Called to get a major reno quoted. Refused to quote on my house because its too old. Without even looking at it, says a lot of the companies capabilities. Wouldn't trust to quote on a new house.

We contracted with Creative Design to demo and renovate our basement. Dale came to our home and spent the time to ask us questions to get a better sense of our vision. After a short time he contacted us with a plan and a budget. We agreed to both and the work began on schedule. We were impressed with the team that Dale sent to our home. Everyone was friendly, professional and very skilled. A special shout out to Vern, Michael, Josh and Dave! As the work progressed, we were surprised how things quickly began to come together and take shape. We have had a number of renovations in our home over the years and this was, by far, the most positive experience weve had. Dale and Lorna always responded to our questions quickly and cheerfully. In the end, we have a lower level that far surpassed what we thought it could ever be. We would not hesitate to use Creative Design in the future or to recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their space.
