I waited for over 6 months without any feedback after we put pen to contract. When i called him to find out whats going on with the contract we signed, he basically dont remember me & the contract we signed & sounded like i was disturbing him. I spoke to someone who recommended me & they spoke to him. He finally called me back with bunch of excuses. Later we had agreed on a deal for compensation. He didnt live up to that deal ; Supposed to install a new retractable easy screen door to the patio door, but he mickmoused it coz he didnt buy the right size & he did a really bad job on that. But his crews did ok job on the new window installations. Services: General window replacement, Double pane window installation & replacement, General door repair

Walters Custom Door and Windows Renovations Inc. was the first and only company I called when my children and I moved into our just right, very pleasant feels-like-home, older house, in such a wonderful neighbourhood. With Walters previous careful and caring installation in our former home years ago, we knew his terrific family like and reliable company would help us improve the energy efficiency of our recent purchase, and assist us in choosing the best suited look, adding to our beautiful property. When it came to modernizing our windows and doors, Walter initially came by several times with many options to fit our tastes and price range. His experience and natural ability to vision stunning outcomes served us well once again. Walter's professional and friendly crew worked very hard upon installation, with minimal disruptions, made sure to clean up, and didnt mind our pets including our little dog who liked to bark. So nice. Walter always made sure we were a very satisfied customer, stopping by at the initial installation, during and after, and was always cheerful and easy to reach if we did have further questions. Our sunroom looks perfectly transformed; fresh new window frames and windows, and three of the five windows can now be opened to let lovely spring, summer, or fall breezes flow through, or to listen to the peaceful sounds of nature. Each day, looking through our new gorgeous windows along with our astounding sliding patio door which has created an illusion of our picturesque yard at the tip our fingers; our home feels amazing and surprisingly spacious. We love the big cost savings from our now significantly reduced Hydro bills, along with the many compliments weve received from our family, friends, and neighbours. Thank you so much Walter!
