Perfect experience! I asked a lot of questions to their chat or email prior to buying. Ended up buying the Austin 60 inch wall-mount without the counter top. My contractor who renovates a lot of bathrooms was very impressed by the quality of the product and said it was really well made as well as beautiful. It ships in a few weeks in a box and already assembled. It's a worry-free and stunning option for a vanity. I love every inch of it.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had. I always look at reviews before I buy anything and I noticed The Vanity store had all 5 star reviews. One of the vanities I ordered looked a little different than it had online. But it was months past the return time frame. The employees at the Vanity store immediately came up with ideas to make me happy. They were always so polite and always answered my questions right away. If only every company could be this good. Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vanity. Their price point is very competitive for what you're getting. The quality is right on and they "cut corners" in all the smartest places, you don't even notice unless you're looking for it and know how to look. As a woodworker, I considered making my own but with the materials and price they offer, it simply made no sense. Made in Canada, great customer service, top quality, and a beautiful product. As a suggestion, it would be great if they had more wood/finish options, or even an unfinished option. I would like to buy 2 more for my full house reno but their options are not diverse enough to fit the design for the other rooms. Though perhaps the simplicity/efficiency are what keep the price point possible.
