I really did not want to write this review However as someone in the beauty service industry I am so dissapointed with the actual service i received. Customer service was good they were very accommodating I initially went in for a fill , because the first set I had was great(both done by the same worker) . After having a fill the first time I went back to get the polish fixed as it must have been expired or not applied correctly. I then had to return a second time to get all the nails removed and a new set put on, because when getting the fill done there was no attention paid to my natural nail because they were lifting from the minute I walked out the first time. Fast forward to getting the nails removed and redone my nail was burnt with the e-file, I was cut in several places also by the efile &my fingers were so tender for days after the application. I understand it was a redo service but they were rushing , and although the artificial nails were OK, my fingers were in a lot of pain. I now 3 and a half weeks later had them removed professionally & my nails have NEVER been worse , I am in so much pain my nails are so weak and brittle , I have several nails that were filed almost completely through. I work with my hands and I am so so devastated to be feeling this way. I have been to this shop in the past under previous name , and I never had a problem. This was my first time returning since & I can say I will never be back after my experience with my nails. I hope they recover & the pain subsides quickly. I will not be returning nor do I ever think I will get artificial nails ever again after this experience. Service: Acrylic nails
