        I wasn't sure whether or not I should post this. Didn't want to be rude about the service I felt I received. Though, I feel this could be helpful for others as far as how my experience was. I went there and the customer service was terrible. Did a good job on brows. Though, terrible to get a hold of for follow-up/colorboost. Was told that I was only accepted because I was referred. Seems to pick and choose. Said, they don't need any more clients. In regards to not having my phone calls/texts responded for follow up in a reasonable amount of time, was told I can go somewhere else if I want. I'd rather go somewhere where I feel appreciated.
