Contrary to the message below from the spa, no one has contacted me to follow up from this review or from the email I sent to them directly. Both service and customer service are lacking. Very disappointed in the lash lift and tint I had done today. I have had many lift/tints done before at other establishments always with great results that eliminate the need for makeup when Im on holiday. Though I had disappointing pedicures at Jerrys in the past, I had been given a gift card and thought Id use it to have my lashes done. Unfortunately the only way I could even tell the difference between how I walked in and how I walked out was the glue all over my eyelids. Though the technician showed me her work in the mirror, the salon was so dark it was difficult to see (I couldnt see all the glue til I got home). I thought when I got out into day light or put mascara on I would see the results but there is no difference in curl, lengthening, or darkening to my natural lashes.Additionally the technician barely said a word to me the entire time, to the point I was unsure when I was supposed to enter or leave the room until I asked directly. Im very disappointed that my gift and time were wasted and that my lashes now will not be done for my spring break holiday. I will not be back to Jerrys. Service: Lash lift
