Katie is fantastic at what she does. She provided excellent recommendations for what suited my hair, which turned out perfectly. Not only is she lovely to chat with, she is also incredibly aware of the sensory needs of her clients during the procedure. She made sure I was comfortable without me having to ask. As someone with pretty severe sensory issues this made me feel respected and appreciated. I will definitely be back to see this lovely gal Services: Balayage, Hairstyling

How do I say this without sounding like a jerk? The male owner guy kinda weirded out my experience. When I was paying at the till, the male owner sort of interrupted my financial transaction at the front counter with with an audible gasp followed by him sharing an inside joke with his wife while they looked at his phone together. When I first arrived and the phone was ringing, I also overhead him saying things like "we gotta send that email" and "we really gotta tighten that up". It was sort of like he really wanted the customers to know that he handled the business side of things (idk) Personally I don't care about the inner workings of your business and I'm glad your doing well in this neighborhood... But next time save business related conversations for private conversations. It kinda felt like he was either showing off, or liked to have ongoing private dialogue which neither me , nor (awesome) Katie seemed privy to. I give this place 4 stars because of how well put together that facility is. Great final product and casual conversation with Katie. Great amenities like a coffee bar.... but Just a little unprofessional at the very beginning and the very end which took away from the overall experience. Will totally recommend Katie going forward.
