She dug into my big toes to I guess clean out the sides which I have never experienced before at any nail salon. It was painful during the process and I wondered if she was injuring me by digging into me. I then got a bacterial infection on both big toes and my pinky toe from her tools. I have never in my life gotten a bacterial infection on my toes. This place is not clean or sanitary if this is what is happening. I apparently paid money to get an infection. No one had ever done that to me during a pedicure in 20 years. I do not recommend this place. Service: Pedicure

I have been going to this nail salon for years- Prices are cheap and for the most part nails are done well. I have to say my last experience was not good. My daughter and I booked an appointment for Thursday at 11 AM for manicures. My daughter got in on time but i had to wait. At 11:35 i was sat down. Nails done well except my daughters nails were another story- the girl cut her finger in two places,and cut the cuticle in one location. Nails painted wrong color and we approached Elsa about this and she said the color wheel, that ONE COLOR was faded ? and that her nail color would fade to that color ? thats a new one, How is customer supposed to know this about the color wheel ? Its the owners responsiblity to fix this if the color is wrong on the wheel. My daughter was 100 percent blamed for their mistake. Was blamed for the wrong color that the girl put on her nails, also blamed that we had booked it for wednesday ?? the day i am at work ?? NO, we booked it for thursday. Please learn from this experience to be a better business owner especially if you were wrong, and don't blame your customer for YOUR mistake. WILL NOT be coming back. Customer beware. And actually this is a true review, unlike what other's are saying. I have based this review on a true experience there, and had been going there for 10 plus years. :)
