Most of the time when I come here its a great experience. However, when I was there last time one staff member kept giving me unsolicited advice, grabbed products out of my hand and kept pushing me to buy products that I didnt want. I ended up accidentally buying the wrong products cause she kept bringing random products behind the till for me. Not a great experience, and Ill definitely be buying my products online in the future.

If I could give negative reviews for this place I would, I asked for assistance finding proper hair extensions for my hair, the girl working pointed to the area but stayed behind the counter instead of helping like I asked, after a few minutes of staring I finally walked back over to ask for help, this time she came over very rude and offered almost no help, I chose the hair extensions myself, the only thing she could help with was showing the price. I forgot to mention when she was taking the security tag off she was swearing in front of my family and I to another coworker as the tag wouldnt come off. Definitely will not be returning unless its to get her name to complain to the general manager. The girl working with her was much more professional and helpful, even though she had another customer to deal with.
