Their never open the hours they say they'll be open. Very disappointing driving across the city only to see the stores closed despite being posted open Tuesday 9-5

This has always been my go too store, but I'm not sure what's happening with them. I've tried to go there 2 weeks in a row now, they state on their website and via email, they're open today until 5pm. Show up at 330pm and they are closed, the lights are on but nobody is opening the doors. The phone numbers are no longer in service, the email is "closed" and no longer works. A few other people also showed up trying to shop .. if you're closing down just say that. Not a great way to treat people who support this business.

Impossible customer service. They dont really even try to help you, even if the product is under warranty, and now they appear to be out of business??? Always closed, no reply from owner in China about my faulty massage table that I spent over $2000 on.
