More Than Bikes

I took my ebike in for a spring tune-up and to have a spoke replaced. I was told it might take about a week... a few days shy of a month and multiple calls in, they told me they'd have it done by the end of the day. I go in to pick it up and notice it's barely washed... whatever, I just want to get it and ride. I take it outside, and sit down on the seat... the tires are flat. Whatever, I get them to pump them up because I just want to ride. I go back out and start to ride away... the brakes don't work. That was it. I went back inside, told them the brakes didn't work and pointed out that after almost a month, I have no idea what I paid them for. They offered to service the bike and give me a ride to work - i have to admit, they are nice people - but I explained to them that this was a lost sale. I'm out. They gave me back my money and I left. Rode to work, and was just happy to get my bike and money back. I wasn't going to leave a review because they are nice, even though I am unhappy with the service. However, I am now sitting at work, waiting on a ride because the back tire is flat. I didn't have a flat when I took it in. My ride is here.
