I wish I could leave 0 stars. This company worked on a friend of mines home and they clearly do not know how to run a business. What was supposed to be a 3 month project, turned into 7.5 month battle of trying to complete the project, at which point they were fired due to continuous lies and lack of communication. They refused to provide any real contract detailing the work that was done, instead only giving "loose quotes". They also could not provide any type of timelines or completion dates. They placate with words and promises but their actions do not match what they tell you. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to renovate their home!

The guys at z & m are amazing. They were closed on Saturday and he came in on his day off to assist with purchasing a shower glass. Amazing product and service

***Connie Rattana, who has left two 5 star reviews for this company is Zac's wife/business partner. So I wouldn't trust these good reviews, they're done by friends and family. This company is dishonest and unorganized. They held my home hostage for 7.5 months on what they told us would be a 3 month project. Near the end, they stopped giving us a completion date and then essentially stopped showing up to work. They didn't finish the job as we had to fire them as they refused to respond to our questions about what was happening and when they would be there. At the end, there were 4 days in a row where no one was working at our house but we were told: tomorrow, we will be there. Well 'tomorrow' never came, simply more lies. We were apparently waiting on a countertop. A new slab? A delay? We don't really know as they never have a clear answer for their shortcomings. They do not provide a contract, simply a loosely worded quote. They don't have a good grasp on what is going on as sometimes you deal with Zac, sometimes you deal with Connie but regardless of who you deal with, it's never a straightforward answer. We were also asked by Zac on multiple occasions if we hated him or if we were mad at him for all the delays. He wouldn't even give a reason for the delays, just asked if we hated him.... Like it's our job to make you feel better for the awful way you run a business. I would not recommend working with this company at all. If you choose to, do so with caution and make sure EVERYTHING is in writing as they will try to go back on things.

ZR Home Solutions is a absolutely dishonest company and does not give out a official contract. They do not communicate well enough to understand the process of a project. The manager does not answer his phone or texts when youre trying to reach him. The quality of work isnt that bad, but there are still some flaws that they arent up to fix it. Very disappointing.

Connie Rattana has rated the company twice as 5 stars on here. She is an employee of this company and her rating is biased and should be removed since she is not an actual customer. The company does not communicate, leaves it up to you to request updates and you'll be lucky to get a quick, thorough, honest reply. They are extremely slow to finish projects. Do not use if you do not want to feel your money and home is being held hostage by these people. My friend has been kept out of her home for several months, on a project ZR quoted as only taking a couple, and has begged, pleaded and pressured these people but nothing makes them budge. They do not care that they keep people out of their homes for months at a time. They only care about lining their pockets, on their own watch. Maybe don't bite off more than you can chew ZR and maybe your ratings will improve, with legitimate reviews.
