These kind souls helped Save A Dog Network with beautiful drapes for our new dog rescue center! We cannot express the kindness that was shown to our team, and especially the hard working Darcy, who advocates for so many animals in Manitoba! 5 stars all the way! From the initial call with Dana, to today's installation, everything went smoothly, timely and absolutely flawlessly. I was very impressed with the people, the product and the price (which was way below what i had in my head). I will gladly recommend Blind Ambitions to anyone who likes excellent service and products.

I needed a makeover in my living space, and I dropped into Blind Ambitions one day, and met with Darcy. I highly recommend her. She was perfect! She gave me ideas, but didn't push anything on me. She always helped me to look at the bigger picture. I needed to replace my drapes, and they are lovely. She was also great in finding the perfect colors for chairs and cushions. She was always willing to help; very prompt replies with any question I had. Shawn, the drapery installer is also highly recommended.

We called Blind Ambitions because of the excellent reviews they had. Their price was comparable to other quotes and the blinds are what we ordered. However, I am not very happy with the service we received from Anna. When she came out we knew we wanted the cellular blinds. She showed us the samples of colours to choose from, but that was about it. She didn't really make any suggestions or offer tips, since we had never purchased blinds before. We now can barely get our window screens out because the blinds cover the top part of them. We decided on one large 5 foot blind for our bedroom instead of three, its so huge and heavy and awkward that we have to climb on the bed to open and close it. I would have expected that a professional dealing with blinds would know to consider some of these things and make the customer aware. When she emailed to get the final payment I mentioned that I wasn't totally happy. I have not heard a thing back, not even an email response. All I got was my payment receipt in the mail. The installer who put the blinds up was very efficient and organized and did a great job. When one of the blinds was the wrong size they had it replaced very quickly. **Addition** A few days after posting my original review I received a call from Jon, the owner. We had a very good conversation about what I had expected from a sales person and what I didn't get and how they could improve on their service. He offered to have someone come out to try and make adjustments to the blinds and move them within the window frame at no extra cost. It was very nice to see that he cared about his customers and wanted to make sure they were happy. (Sorry for my delay in posting this addition)
