        The manager made it seem like she was was doing me a HUUUUUGEEE favour by offering to honour the discount for the membership I already paid for. Indigo mother company is in it strictly for the profits. The run around I got to honour my plum plus membership has been ridiculous. Dont waste your money on plum plus. Customer service doesnt care to hear about problems youve had in store and customer service is where the workers send you to resolve issues. It took two months for customer service to even respond. Corporate bull at its finest. Its sad that corporate greed and disorganization can sicken the book industry like this.
