This franchise has been my go to for bubble tea for the past while. I have always been very happy with any of the drinks that I purchase. Today both my sons drinks were really watered down (too much ice, not enough lychee flavour) and my winter melon drink with milk foam was completely off. Ive had it many times before and my drink today was so sugary it was practically syrupy I couldnt drink it. I didnt actually try it until I got home and was sorely disappointed. Im thinking almost all the syrup for the 3 drinks was added into my 1 order. Had I still been in the parking lot, I would have gone back to get it remade or even request a refund.

Quick service, plenty of parking, and my drink was ok. Gongcha usually doesnt disappoint!

Lots of Good Flavours to choose here but Always LOVE their Mango Lychee & Winter Mellon Jelly ! The Place is very neat , Cozy & your Staff always been Nice & Polite ! Sometimes come by in the Evenings & on weekends . Congrats GONG CHA Nice Location too !
