NGB Restoration

NGB Restoration was recommended by my claims adjuster for my flooded basement. As soon as I met Shaun the Project Manager, I knew I was going with this company. I was assigned a Lead, Ali. He ensured he communicated updates with me, & let me know where things were at. Everyone that I dealt with at every level - insulation removal, taping & drywalling, painting, flooring & cleaners - was very professional & kind. They ensured to lay down floor protection to keep everything clean. They came when they said they would & did the job very proficiently. Highly recommend!!

Waited over 4 hours for a crew who never showed up. No phone call or apology and a new date arranged.

Last year, I hired Nick for residential snow parking for the winter period. He rarely showed up after January but I was reluctant to question him because of his performance late fall & early winter. Mostly I would have cleared the snow before he showed up I decided to complain on March 5 (He already collected the payment for March). He was mad at me and said he will send back my money by Cheque. He never did and he never showed up. He never pick my call and never respond to my text, then I decided to leave a bad review for him. About 5 minutes after, I received a call from him asking me to go to hell. He is still owing me because I did not give him my money. I will continue to leave this type of review until he pay back the money he owes me.

NGB was hired for renovations for my mothers neighbors house. We had a number of problems with one of their workers. He damaged her fence, yelled, swore and threatened her. To top it off he hit her car without telling her, not once but twice causing over $6000 in damages. That aside, he also constructed a fence and there were a number of problems with it. Both gates were too long on the bottom and would scrape and get caught on the pavement. The front gate does not function properly and is completely misaligned. The back gate has completely shifted and is severely crooked. Soil was used to fill in a slight dip on the neighbors backyard. It was not applied correctly as it was just dumped causing a high spot which drains onto my mothers property now. Any precipitation and she gets water puddles by the back gate.
