        I tried to call but couldnt understand a thing. It just sounded like the worker on the other end had a cold or something affecting their voice. When I told them Im having trouble understanding them, she got rude and said my voice is fine and I believe said please dont be like that angrily Be like what? How can I communicate if I cant hear you through whatever sickness or rasp in your voice you are unfortunately dealing with? This is extremely unprofessional and rude.
