        Complete satisfaction at this family owned diamond in the Rough Special ordered 5lbs of ribs tips or ends. I marinated them , put them on the BBQ this weekend and Voil !!! Cooked to taste and perfection Taste and flavour

        high quality butcher with on-site smoker - they make all kinds of awesome smoked meats, such as beef jerky, montreal smoked brisket, etc. They are also one of the only places to get foot-long hot dogs and they have the foot-long *buns* too! Super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
