Kitchen Craft Cabinetry

I would like to give a big shout out to Jeff Johnson and his staff at the Kenaston branch of KitchenCraft. They went above and beyond to assist me in getting replacement parts for an older installation. They could simply have said the parts were no longer available, but persevered till they found what I needed. Sadly this is a rare occurrence these days. I received very rude service when I stopped in to the Kenaston location. My cabinet order was missing shelf pins and I hoped to inquire about how to obtain some. As this is such a small piece I thought perhaps they would have some in store or could direct me on where to purchase. The man I dealt with treated me as if I did not know what I was talking about it and its impossible they would be missing from my order. Clearly they are missing. I would never recommend the service from this company. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. Service: Furniture assembly

Long review but to sum it up - I would never recommend kitchen craft to anyone. I generally dont like to leave one star reviews but the frustration with this company is leaving me no choice. We built a new home recently and spent a lot of money on the house and with in turn, with kitchen craft. We did a kitchen, spice kitchen, bar, 4 bathrooms, mud room and two entertainment units. So it was a fairly extensive and expensive project. We had worked with kitchen craft previously - in our build in 2013 and had no issues.. not sure what had to change this time around. The first install was Dec 2020 and its now June 16 2022 and the job is still not done to satisfaction. They came yesterday and stated this is as good as it gets. Im assuming meaning they will not actually fix the issues and this was their final visit? First install (Dec 2020) only half the products arrived so they couldnt finish the job. They returned on Feb 25th 2021 to do the 2nd half of the project and again, they only had half of the material. They returned March 31st to finish the project but they brought the wrong material. It was a different colour but they still installed itand tried to argue it was the same. pictures dont do it justice but you can still see how different the colours are. Returned July 12 2021.. brought new material but again wrong colour. In Aug 2021, spoke with a manager named Rob who promised he would fix the problem and came by for an inspection. He came and agreed the cabinets were different colours and needed to be changed. He stated this would be fixed ASAP. Sep 17 2021, returned but again wrong cabinets. A visit in Sep 28 2021, Nov 18 2021, Jan 27 2022, Apr 11 2022 and June 14 2022. Returned all these times with wrong material. And no we werent being difficult customers, they acknowledged the materiel was wrong. The point of contact person, Valerie was very nice and made lots of efforts to help but management did not. This is completely unacceptable. We spent over a million dollars on a house and due to kitchen craft, had a horrible time. Were currently looking at lots to do another build. Will stay far away as possible from these guys. If youre planning on building, Please do your research.
