Thank you so much for the delicious Dobostorte! It was my birthday treat and I couldnt stop eating it! We had ordered before and icing was a little too much chocolate for me so you adjusted to my liking and it was perfect!

I ordered a cake, and even though I had placed the order a day before, the lady at the cafe kept telling me it was short notice. However, if it was indeed short notice, she shouldn't have accepted my order in the first place. Eventually, she did accept my order. The following day, I called several times to check on my order, but no one answered the phone. It turned out that there was only one lady working there who was doing everything from serving customers to making phone calls. I found it strange that such a large cafe only had one person working. When I finally saw the cake, it was not what I had ordered. The lady at the cafe told me that she had given me someone else's order. I was shocked and disappointed. Why should I have to pay a lot of money for someone else's order? Although the taste of the cake was satisfactory, the poor service ruined my experience.
