Management is unskilled and basically incapable of doing the work required of their position. Expect a hostile working environment and frequent mistakes in your pay that always work out in their favour.

Advertised wages are completely false . Your rate of pay is minimum wage and everything else is considered a bonus, which can be taken away for any reason the managers deem fit. Earn the top commission Monday - Wednesday but get sick with the flu on Thursday? Guess what? "Attendance bonus", now your paycheque is a poverty income. Advancement is basically impossible. Branch manager promoted his girlfriend to be the assistant manager, which should tell you all you need to know about the corporate ladder.

Applied for a job. Went through 3 separate interviews. Looked promising. They talked about sending me the equipment for the job and would email me the itinerary: meet & greet, training schedule, etc. All appeared to be promising, but they must've changed their mind. No worries. It happens. My complaint is that nobody got back to me to inform me of it. After sending them 2 polite emails, I was completely ignored. Ghosted! Reputable companies show a little integrity and inform the job candidates who they interview whether or not they had been accepted. They do not ignore them. It's common courtesy. After 2 emails and a couple weeks, it seems to me that courtesy is not very common with iMarketing.
