I can't believe how rude, complacent and unresponsive the parts department is at Acura. I dread having to call and ask pricing about any part for my car because you either can't get through or on the off chance they answer the phone they are not pleased to take the call. Unfortunately they are the keepers of genuine OEM parts locally so we will just have to put up with the shabby treatment.
