He got me a lower interest rate, and an affordable bi-weekly payment, PLUS a 2 year warranty included in the bi-weekly payment. 2012 Kia Soul with only 109,000 km. When Ismail said I was approved, I had tears in my eyes, and did my happy dance in his office. A VERY BIG thank you Ismail for making my dream become a reality. Got a Honda civic 2012 from CITICAR in 2018. The car seemed good when I purchased it. After 2 years the dents and paint job was becoming visible. Now after 4 years, the aftermarket paint problem is worsening. Be careful with your purchase.
