Upscale Detailing Studio

Today we had an appointment booked to have our vehicle detailed from 8-1pm and they didn't show up. understand it was predicted to rain and they probably didn't want to do it however I didn't receive a text or phone call to reschedule. I texted their number after 8 to see if they're coming and running late but they did not reply so I assumed they're still coming since this is a business. I waited and waited more and no they never showed up. Whats so upscale about an unprofessional company? Don't book with them. They'll waste your valuable time. Service: Auto detailing

I booked my appointment for May 4th and they did not show up. No call, no nothing. I messaged Jeremy and he said they must have double booked. If it's true, they at least should have informed the customer. He apologized but my time was already wasted. Extremely unprofessional.

I highly recommend these guys. Jeremy and Tyrell did an amazing job with my truck. They took care of pet hair that I was having a hard time with cleaning the interior. Booking and communication was pretty easy, they booked me in day after my inquiry and Jeremey responds right away.
