Amazing experience, Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't believe this was all true ad we drove away in our gorgeous new car!! If I could give 100 stars /10 I would . Good job Mark.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I made the grave error of buying a car through Birchwood Credit. It has been nothing but headaches since. The car was a lemon. Covered in rust but was painted over so they could fool me. Within months it was coming through. I was still on the hook for the car. Oh and if you think for one minute they are reasonable if you run into financial trouble ( in my case I was laid off due to covid) lower your expectations. Unlike the banks who were allowing deferred payments, Birchwood gave nothing but attitude. I would rather pay double the interest from another dealership than ever give them another dime.

Birchwood credit solutions in my opinion is the only place to deal with , my experience was so professional and efficient, full transparency and fair , I'm extremely satisfied with the way mark set things up for me and I can't emphasize in words the concern they had in respect to sustainability! If your situation is less than ideal and you need to deal in a professional manner there's no other option! I highly recommend them at Salter ! Very impressed!

Birchwood credit is awesome. I dealt with Colin hes a very nice guy he helped me get a vehicle I loved within my budget and spent time explaining everything to me. I have a busy schedule throughout the week so I was grateful that they were open on Saturday. Thanks Birchwood and thanks Colin!
