After getting off to a rocky start with this company. I have to admit, I am pleasantly surprised with how fast they acted after learning about my dis satisfaction and how it upset me. Thank you for coming to the table and making it right.

Staff is amazing. I had a problem with the car I rented but Joanne said don't worry we'll fix it right away. She put me in a Dodge Journey and wow. The vehicles are clean both inside and out. I would recommend Value Car Rental in a heartbeat. Prices are exceptional. Good job to all staff at Value.

Call to rent a vehicle and Im told one will be available by noon. They tell me what the vehicle is and the price it will be. I asked them to call when its ready to go and Ill come down to get it. Two oclock I call back cause Im needing it soon and they tell me its been rented to someone else. When I try to understand how this could have happened they rudely tell me theres nothing they can do because they have nothing else available. Even a sorry for the misunderstanding and I wouldnt be writing this review but no, it was like our conversation never happened 5 hours earlier.

Do not received the deposit after more than 10 days and 2 calls.. Pay more and go with Entreprise, they'll be more professional
