Unfortunately dont remember the name of the guy that helped me but he was phenomenal. Overall a great experience from this place. Me and my girlfriend both got new phones and new plans and somehow got a lower monthly bill with new phone on the plan, our prior phone plan had no phone and was more expensive. Definitely recommend these guys.

Terrible service by the Manager-Suki and the team especially Nav... I am most dissapointed in the service or should i say no service. I have called and visited over 15 times since November 2022 that I changed to Fido network and my in store credit of a Jabra 4 earpods has not been delivered. This is very horrible service. Do not go there!!!!

Just upgraded my phone - I was very impressed with the customer service here. They were friendly, knowledgeable and worked together to get me taken care of as quickly as possible. And I must say, ghey take care of returning customers really well. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a new phone. Thank you for your help today guys!

Omg just signed up got there at 1 p.m. didn't get out till 3:45 p.m never did I ever wait that long ...not Impressed by them never going back thankfully coworkers actually came over to help
