        Very unhappy. Administration staff uncaring and insensitive. Screwed up on registering our plots and we ended up having to turn one over to our daughter in law. Argumentative and refused to take responsibility. Charged an exhorbitant amount to open a cremations hole on a Saturday. We were appalled. This year we were expecting our sons flat head stone installed by mothers day but theyre not even accepting delivery till after long weekend. Were disappointed all around with this group. Once they have your loved one, youre hooped.
