If I could give zero stars, I would.... Leon urged us to incorporate our business. After charging us an arm and a leg to do so (through him) he left us on our own, not really knowing what to do! I found it unsettling that he urged us to do something, charged us for it and then left us to figure it out on our own. When he filed our 2020 taxes after incorporating, he messed up big, mis-filing our year (he filed jan-dec instead of apr-mar) leaving us gaps that we werent even aware of. We finally hired a bookkeeper to help us with getting our quickbooks straightened out and that is when she found several errors, that we were unaware of, as we are not bookkeepers nor are we accountants (that is why we hired professionals!) I had handed in all my bookwork for 2021 taxes in June. It was a week before they were due, at the end of September, Parminder from Leon's office told his that there was information missing and that he would not be filing our taxes.... We tried to work with him, my bookkeeper emailed him, I tried calling and emailing, and he would not answer our calls or our emails. We went down in person to ask him what he needed to do to file our taxes, which are now overdue, and Parminder flat out told us that he was not filing our taxes, he would not tell us why, and told us to leave. We went in there with kindness, simply asking how we can fix the mistakes that THEY made. Im turn, they gave us what was ours and told us to leave. No explanation. Nothing. DO NOT USE THIS ACCOUNTANT! You will fully regret it. They offer terrible advice. They are not there to help in anyway. We often had questions (we were a new business and trying to figure things out!) and they would either tell us some wrong information about what to do or they simply would not help us at all. The fact that they screwed up our taxes and refuse to take ownership and help us make it right speaks volumes about the type of people who work here.
