        It is hard to put in words how unprofessional and rude this firm is. Ever since I've been dealing with her, it has been nothing but issues. When she makes an accounting error, she not only does not accept the blame but makes you pay for the mistake with your own money. Direct quotes from emails from her: "Not to mention this is the last day of tax season so this is the lowest priority. These are also your errors, not mine and I will not be sending you back the money. Feel free to work with someone else in the future. Thank you." Then once I told her I was writing her a review, this was her response: "Good to know. We will also not be filing your semi-annual report. Feel free to have someone come pick up your paper work. Thanks." LOL- this report is due in one week. Amy, thank for proving my case :)
