Carter's - OshKosh B'gosh

Well their clothes and fabric are good however regent Avenue oshkosh staff is awful. They are rude doesn't know what customer service means.

Visited two weeks ago. The clothes are great and have great sales - but in a POST PANDEMIC WORLD WHY would the manager not stay home when she was sick???? Brought my six month old child and she's hacking and coughing into her hands and sniffling nonstop around him. Carter's needs to offer some paid sick days to their staff or something

This particular location seems the staff has 0 knowledge of customer service and of their sales. Please inform your staff accordingly. I choose to come to this location because it's convenient to me. But I'd rather go to another location. Be kind and be better.

I love Carter's. Don't get me wrong, I love their clothing, their style and their selection and quality. I've clothed three boys with their clothing and it's my usual 'go-to'. But this location has THE MOST MISERABLE STAFF time and time again. I tolerate their poor customer service solely because this location is convenient and I'm often in and out. No greeting, no conversation about my shopping and I feel like I'm inconveniencing them by them doing their job.
