I am not one to complain but the customer service we received today was absolutely horrendous. There were two workers one of them was upset that we had already been helped and told us fine then and walked off. When we went up to the woman working at the counter had nothing but attitude from the start. She tried to look up my phone number and couldnt find it and in the end we ended up using our friends. She was not impressed by this. After we had paid, instead of handing us our two apples she chose to throw them on the counter where the bottom actually broke of one. I have never been so upset with the customer service put out.

I had a nice experience with Trinity this evening after a man was causing a scene and being extremely rude. Trinity did a great job and handled the situation well, despite him being rude and aggressive for no logical reason. The caramel apple I was recommended and purchased afterward was delicious! Thank you Trinity!

the girl at cash was rude and rolled her eyes at me when i asked a question about the chocolate strawberrys, they were too expensive so i just went with the overpriced tiger oreo buttercup which was $8, had no peanut butter and was a chunk of chocolate with a oreo in the middle. do not recommend waste of $8 and time.
