        The clothes are cute, but very expensive. The sizes are also inaccurate. I am a large at any other store but hot topic, for some reason for them I'm a xxl. That being said the staff are very nice and helpful. It is my go to shop for cute goth/cotagecore clothes. It looks like they are offering Sanrio items now too

        Quality of the clothes aren't that great. Definitely miss the old employees, they were much nicer. The news ones don't even greet you, & just giving weird looks like they're just judging you the whole time you look around.
