today i came to shop i was at checkout and my thing rang up as a different sale then what i thought it was cause it was on a different rack i tried to tell them and the one i presume was the manager was extremely rude and acted as if i was a dumb teenager while i was just genuinely telling them to move the thing i was buying off of the rack if its not included in the sale im beyond shocked of the mistreatment.

Very good on prices,really good deals;the variety is good also,well clean and organized,the staff is really friendly and there is no limit for capacity and no need to wear a mask, is optional, always great deals.

If I could give five zero stars I would. Worse experience ever!!!!! Urban Planet at Kildonan Mall customer service sucks and the fact that they thought I was stealing because another store left a security tag on an item and the security sensor went off when I walked in the first place and no-one came up to me to check with me about it until I decided to leave I felt so embarrassed how I was treated. Will definitely not be shopping here anymore. To be completely honest the fact that she said to chased down a possible shoplifter is policy is scary and not a good idea because you have no idea if that person will harm you in anyway I cant get over the fact that she said it was there policy! She was a lady with long blonde hair wearing a purple tube top and black denim. I couldnt tell if that was the manager of the store or a part time sales associate but they need to train their staff better on how to deal with people!
