Actually disgusting. Clothes all over the floor, nothing folded. Dust bunnies in the change rooms like they havent been swept in days. Empty tables everywhere meanwhile the product is on the ground. Had 4 different associates walk past me and not even say a word to me. When I finally asked someone for some help she seemed annoyed I talked to her. Change room associates were too busy talking amongst themselves to even acknowledge me so I just let myself into a room. As someone who has managed in retail for 12 years, store management and upper management need to shake their heads. Expecting someone to pay $50+ for a pair of jeans meanwhile theyre all dirty from being on the ground and associates just stepping over them.

Went to the location on st Marys around 7pm. All staff were very pleasant and friendly. However, maybe it was because the store was closing in an hour but the clothes were all out of order. Nothing neatly folded, it was all tossed around in piles. Not an enjoyable experience for shopping. I didnt bother looking through the jeans to try and find my size since it was all in a large mess. But yikes, please tidy and organize the clothes.
