Recently customers have to wait in line for a long time before a worker will come and check them out. Youll be standing at the checkout and no one will come, theyll see you but dont care to come to cash you out. You either have to wave a worker down or just continue to wait till someone cares enough to go to the cash register. I get it workers need to keep the store clean and organize but you shouldnt have paying customers wait 5 minutes to get their items paid for. This place has gone down hill .

So...occasionally ship here and when I find something, it usually lasts. I bought 2 pairs of boots because I really liked the style. I do not even wear these things outside and on both boots, the stitching came out. This 1.5 mths later and have worn each about 5 times, in doors. Terrible quality and quite disappointing.
