Boathouse

Brought my daughter in for shoes early afternoon, Saturday April 15. Blonde cashier (late 30s/early 40s) was shockingly rude. Kept mixing up the sizes of shoes we asked for which is fine, but got very rude about it saying shed already been back there 3 times and argued about the sizes she was bringing were we asked for. Very obviously put out, she asked what we wanted again. I said not to worry we dont want to be a bother and she got really angry saying she never said that. I get people make mistakes. Thats fine but as someone who put in many years of customer service, this employees behaviour was plain rude. It wasnt busy. Im assuming commission isnt a thing here but for what its worth we purchased both pairs of shoes elsewhere the same day.

We went to Kildonan place location and the customer service person there was extremely rude. My daughter loved that store but because of bad customer reps we are not going there. Truly disappointed.

Ive been going to the store since it opened in Kildonan place and Ive never had a problem with any employee thinking Im going to take something or not trusting that Im going to purchase something. It made me super uncomfortable And annoyed that this girl twice insinuated I was untrustworthy. I understand people steal things but I felt so disrespected. Not sure if I will continue to shop here as there are many other stores that dont treat me this way.

The guy that works at the kildonan place location is very condescending and rude. Rather than being helpful he makes comments that make the shopping trip unbearable. My kids like the clothes but having him around makes things so uncomfortable. Its happened on several occasions.
