        Loved their customer service !! Such a wonderful staff !!! They attended me really well and helped me a lot. They literally lighted up my mood with their service. I just wanted to buy a Tshirt but the well dressed manager helped me to pick more things to set my new look, so happy ... thank you so much masouma

        I absolutely love going to Suzy Shier @ KP mall. The outlet is so organized and the staff are welcoming, friendly and accommodating most especially Noureen and Janvi who always provide great customer service.

        Customer service was trash. 2 workers, not greeted by one, stood at the counter the entire time talking while myself and others were in the store. Then, they greeted one customer while I was looked at and waiting by the dressing rooms at the back, with no acknowledement. Customer service in general has hit an all time low which is definitely dispersed throughout that mall. Such a shame. This experience fueled me leaving that store buying nothing.
