If a 0/5 star rating was an option that would be it. I frequent this location as it's close to my work but I will not return, I haven't ever had excellent service here but todays experience was the last straw. I was the only customer waiting in line inside and it took 5 minutes for someone to take my order, after 6 of the workers passed by the till. My order for a turkey sandwich with cheese & extra mayo was taken, at $8.00??? I then wait another 10 minutes for my sandwich, being the only customer in the store. I go up to the counter and try to get someone's attention, only to wait another 5 minutes for someone to notice me. I stated I ordered over 10 minutes ago, to which the workers all looked at each other as if I was lying. I informed them of my order and they acted like I never ordered. I then showed my payment on my phone & they tell me to sit and wait... another 7 minutes go by (my lunch is now over!!!) and I get my sandwich, thrown together, no sauce, brown lettuce and frozen green tomatoes. I spent over 20 minutes at this establishment, and it was a waste of time and money! I could barely eat my $8.00 sandwich!!!

This location seriously needs an overhaul. Don't bother going anytime in the evening because the staff always have an excuse to not fulfill an order. They also use regular coffee when ordering decaf, I assume because they don't want to take the time to do their job correctly.

What did you do to the biscuits? The only thing that I would order, but no more. It was terrible.
