        Everytime I come to this Tim Hortons, they NEVER have steeped tea! Why aren't you making more tea in the mornings knowing this has been a continuous issue?

        Rude drive thru service, ordered a simple order of two iced coffees, the worker (GURLEEN) rushed us while taking our order, had to repeat it two times and when we came up to the window she gave us two iced caps we didnt notice until we paid, so we waited at the drive thru window to tell her. All we said was that we ordered two iced coffees, not iced caps and her response you know theres a screen Right? Really? Thats your response? We were being nice but apparently GURLEEN doesnt like her job or maybe shes overworked? Clearly miserable. She then takes forever to do a refund where she could of just gave the drinks for free at that point since its her mistake, not even a sorry or anything just a miserable face and rolling of eyes from GURLEEN. Other locations would of said sorry and apologized for the mistake but not this one I usually stop her everyday, twice a day but no longer will be. Terrible terrible customer service and response from GURLEEN and manager (?) on duty. Also when giving the refund she tried to pay us back in cash when we clearly paid debit clearly either needs more training or a vacation as shes clearly overworked or not ready to work customer service. Praying for her
