This place has always been here, even when I was a child. There has always been a number of unsheltered people here, which I think adds to the character. The problem is all the 9-5 people who bring the bad atmosphere, they stare, give people dirty looks. Once Im pretty sure a woman was over reacting, but she wouldnt pay attention to the orders and she almost stole my order. She even got mad at the tims worker because I only ordered a L and she ordered an XL. I think people can be nicer to people in this tims, thats all. The workers clearly work at very high level of stress and theres a lot of demand, so goodjob on them Wheelchair accessibility: Its main level, main doors are on the street, no elevator necessary.

Worst customer service. The girls working there were so rude and impatient. Also, they gave me cold food items. Even the drinks don't taste good. I will not visit there again.....

worst customer service ever had at Tim , girls are so rude , they don't even answer nether speak , moreover , they make food coffee tea everything without mood and without taste . if manager see my review please improve your customer service or staff
